About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Kamaljit Kaur Cheema. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our agricultural activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: No formal degree or certification is required, but we offer on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
  • Work Experience: We welcome candidates with little to no experience, as we provide comprehensive training to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Tasks and Duties:
    • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth
    • Cut and harvest agricultural crops to ensure optimal yields
    • Grade vegetables and fruits according to size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value
    • Hand harvest vegetables to ensure quality and freshness
    • Mix fertilizers to create the perfect blend for our crops
    • Tie and secure plants to prevent damage and promote healthy growth
    • Clean and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
    • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases
    • Harvest crops at the optimal time to ensure maximum yields and quality
  • Work Environment: As a member of our farm team, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Work Hours: You will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace, and we welcome candidates who are fluent in English.
