Job Title: Operations Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative services
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Work Environment: The Operations Director will work in a general office setting and will be required to travel occasionally.

Language: English

Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week
