Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Team Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train security staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles to the highest standard.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 security personnel.
Certifications and Qualifications- Security Guard License: The successful candidate must hold a valid Security Guard License.
- Work Environment: The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical Demands: The role will require standing for extended periods, as well as a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Interpersonal Skills: The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role, as the Security Supervisor will be required to communicate complex information to security personnel and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and Initiative: The Security Supervisor must be flexible and able to take initiative, responding to changing circumstances and priorities as required.
- Organizational Skills: The successful candidate must be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliability and Teamwork: The Security Supervisor must be a reliable and team-oriented individual, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
