Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

JAG 'N SUGAR RESTAURANTS INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, while maintaining a fast-paced and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise Food Service Staff: Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of our food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our quality standards.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure that we have sufficient stock.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit, interview, and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards by conducting regular quality control checks.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
