SOL & MAR CONTRACTING INC. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces. This includes filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement, operating power vibrators to compact concrete, and imparting the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Imparting the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 44 hours of work per week
