About the Role
  • Onboard and train new salon associates and groomers, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and safety.
  • Perform Hands on Pet (HOP) assessments to recommend services and build trust with pet parents.
  • Lead by example, performing dog grooming services to breed standards and client preferences.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of every pet and associate in the store, taking immediate action when necessary.
