Liquor Store Manager

At buybuy LIQUOR, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Liquor Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are available for customers.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and authorize returns of merchandise, ensuring that all returns are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that employees are working efficiently.
- Sell Merchandise: Sell liquor and other merchandise to customers, ensuring that all sales are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other problems.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all products are available for customers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills, ensuring that all interactions with customers and employees are professional and effective.
- Organized: Be highly organized, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Reliability: Be reliable, ensuring that all commitments are met and that all tasks are completed on time.
- Ability to Multitask: Possess the ability to multitask, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- 1 to Less than 7 Months: Have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Permanent Employment: Be available for permanent employment, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language of Work: Be fluent in English, the language of work.
