Liquor Store Manager

At Red Angel Liquor, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
- Proven experience in a retail or liquor store management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
