Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Red Angel Liquor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, Liquor and wine store
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Handling heavy loads
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, Organized, Team player, Initiative
30 to 40 hours per week, Permanent, English language
