The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Sell merchandise, manage inventory, and organize returns.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-6 months of experience in retail management.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.

Salary:

$20-$25 per hour, based on experience.

A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with their level of experience.
