Account Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at Syneos Health. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with multiple accounts and building lasting trust and confidence with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong partnerships with clients to provide strategic support and key growth insights.
  • Lead single-brand accounts and mentor junior account teams.
  • Understand product clinical data, competitive landscape, and customer insights to provide strategic value.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to develop clear, well-supported points of view and compelling stories.
  • Manage group dynamics and difficult situations, and steer clients or agency teams in the right direction.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years' advertising agency experience, with at least 5 years experience working on healthcare and/or pharmaceutical brands.
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
