We are a dynamic retail company seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Retail Store Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in supervising teams, managing inventory, and implementing sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning tasks to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations
  • Hiring, training, and developing staff members to achieve business goals
  • Authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and resolving customer complaints
  • Preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of sales staff, including cash handling and stock management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • A strong ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible attitude, willing to relocate for the right opportunity
