The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's & Spirit Halloween is responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in various tasks. This role involves developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective merchandising and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Guest Services and drive sales growth.
- Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including staff development, expense control, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
