Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Northwood Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Inventory Management: Ensure that sales targets are met and inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
