Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at McDougall Insurance and Financial. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities:- Provide legendary service directly to clients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
- Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and text, to provide professional advice and recommendations.
- Process policy additions, deletions, and changes on our broker management system (EPIC).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and renewals.
- Provide quotations and estimates to clients, updating information, and confirming data and coverage.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.
- Act as a liaison between clients, McDougall Insurance, and insurance companies, balancing their interests.
- Assist in the collection of accounts receivable and other areas as required.
- Procure sales by upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
