Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at McDougall Insurance and Financial. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legendary service to clients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and text, to provide updates and information about their policies.
- Process policy changes, additions, and deletions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and processed on time.
- Provide quotations and estimates to clients, updating their information and confirming data and coverage.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required, balancing the interests of the client, McDougall Insurance, and the insurance company.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the insurer, ensuring the client's needs are met and their interests are protected.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
