Job Title: Chauffeur, Transitional Care
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Chauffeur to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for transporting patients to and from our facility, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport patients to and from appointments, outings, and other destinations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws
- Assist patients with unloading packages and opening doors
- Communicate effectively with the facility's team regarding transportation schedules and changes
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent education completed
- Clean driving record with a Class 5 driver's license
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal safety and traffic laws and regulations
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong patient focus and a positive attitude
