Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at CIeNET International in Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for directing the development and/or improvements of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose and evaluate manufacturing process and equipment for assigned areas.
  • Meet plant goals and standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Coordinate the effective use of resources in supporting SPQRC initiatives.
  • Evaluate expenditures for processes and/or equipment.
  • Provide technical assistance and training for assigned plant operations.
  • Work closely with production and maintenance personnel and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Analyze tooling and equipment and select proper steps for solution.
  • Communicate with internal and external business units.
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a process engineer or manufacturing engineer within the manufacturing sector.
  • Comprehensive expertise in manufacturing and assembly processes, as well as plant layout design.
  • Fundamental understanding of tooling processes.
  • Basic familiarity with automotive industry operations.
  • Proficient knowledge of project management principles.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Experience in General Motors production facilities.
Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related discipline.
Benefits and Salary Information

CIeNET International offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide group insurance, employer RRSP match, and 15 days annual vacation.
