Resort Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and activities.
- Room Management: Maintain accurate records of room assignments, vacancies, and reservations.
- Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist with special requests.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Hotel Front Desk Associate, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the needs of our guests.
