About the Role

We're seeking a Fashion Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, providing personalized service, and driving sales through your knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels comfortable, cared for, and confident.
  • Perform register functions, utilizing your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
  • Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
