Job Summary

Voyis is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for purchasing system components and consumables for manufacturing, coordinating deliveries with suppliers, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and review materials handling activities, including shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of materials, parts, and products.
  • Plan and coordinate company purchasing activities, including quoting, processing purchasing transactions, and scheduling transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety and security standards, and regulations in all supply chain activities.
  • Resolve various problems relating to the supply chain and implement corrective measures and process improvements.
  • Utilize the ERP computer system to plan and document all supply chain and material handling activities.
  • Support Production team with inventory management, transfers, adjustments, and cyclical inventory counts.
  • Coordinate outbound/inbound shipments to and from destinations worldwide, including providing required customs documentation.
  • Assist accounting with cost reconciliation and maintain process documentation for purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain operations role, including purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Post-secondary education in purchasing, supply chain, operations, business, or a similar field.
  • Experience with Netsuite ERP system.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of flawless execution of assigned tasks.
  • A positive attitude with a continuous strive for improvement and the ability to succeed without all the answers.
  • Proven ability to inspire, encourage, and collaborate with your team.

Bonus Points

  • Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin, needed to communicate with all suppliers.
  • ASCM certifications in Procurement or Warehousing.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware or electrical assembly.
  • Passion for underwater discovery and robotics.
