Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sandstone Motel & Lounge and Sandstone Gas Plus. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain records
Work Environment:

Our food and beverage services operate in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet the demands of our guests. You will be working in a hotel, motel, resort setting, and you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.
