Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sandstone Motel & Lounge and Sandstone Gas Plus. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales, inventory, and employee performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated staff who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests.
