Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sandstone Motel & Lounge and Sandstone Gas Plus. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage inventory, maintain records, and prepare reports as required
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
