The Sales Consultant at Yukon Nissan is a key member of our sales team, responsible for managing all aspects of the new and used car sales process. This includes building relationships with customers, executing each step of the sales cycle, and providing a personalized retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers and follow up with existing ones within specific timeframes
  • Listen to and document customer needs and expectations throughout the sales visit
  • Commit to the Yukon Nissan brand and stay up-to-date on all dealership training programs
  • Explain technical features, options, and their benefits to customers
  • Manage customer complaints and solve difficult problems
  • Hold a valid driver's license and possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Adapt to work weekend shifts as scheduled

Requirements:

  • College certificate or additional courses would be an asset
  • Automotive sales experience would be an asset
