Your Job:
  • Greet clients and answer their questions, providing a friendly and people-centric experience.
  • Help clients navigate our banking applications and ATMs, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, building trust and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering lasting business relationships.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction and engagement, delivering outstanding service.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues when needed, ensuring they receive expert guidance.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance and risk management rules, upholding the bank's standards.
Your Team:

The branch is open one evening per week, offering flexible scheduling options. You'll report to the Customer Service Branch Manager or the Branch Manager, working closely with a team of experts specializing in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent

  • Be able to adapt to different situations with ease
