We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Banking Advisor to join our team. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

• Greet clients and answer questions in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs, ensuring they feel confident and supported in managing their finances.
• Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide expert advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, exceeding their expectations and building trust.
• Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering long-term connections with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Refer clients to specialist colleagues when needed, ensuring seamless support and expertise.
• Maintain compliance and risk management standards, upholding the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent, demonstrating academic excellence and a solid foundation in business principles.
• Cultivate a customer-centric mindset, embracing diversity, inclusion, and empathy in all interactions.
• Possess a positive attitude, with a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to share knowledge with others.
• Develop strong adaptability skills, navigating diverse situations with ease and poise.
