About the Role

This part-time position offers 30 hours of work per week, with flexible schedules that vary depending on team availability. You will report to the Customer Service Branch Manager or the Branch Manager and work closely with a team of experts in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and answering their questions in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Helping clients use our banking applications and ABMs
  • Listening actively to clients' needs and resolving complex situations
  • Providing advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients
  • Demonstrating ability to build lasting business relationships

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a positive attitude. Additionally, you should be interested in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive competitive compensation, ranging from $35,200 to $51,400 per year. You will also have access to a wide range of benefits, including a health and wellness program, flexible group insurance, and an employee share ownership plan.
