About the Role

As a Senior ServiceNow ITAM Lead at Tangerine Bank, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our IT Service Management Technology team. Reporting to the Global Engineering, Operations & Functions, your primary objective is to execute and deliver specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives that support the team's business strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a customer-centric culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with lab members, including business analysts, QA Testers, Architects, and the Operations Team, to support the delivery of releases.
  • Lead and coach team members on task-oriented activities, coordinating team developments between teams and teammates.
  • Extract and maximize business value by providing solutions that best fit the business, leveraging out-of-the-box versus heavy customization.
  • Contribute to proofs of concept to unlock the full potential of ServiceNow modules for the business.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in configuring and developing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform (Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc).
  • Experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementation project teams and owning project delivery goals.
  • Excellent time management skills, enabling you to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Independence in project work, with minimal supervision required.
  • Technical expertise in supporting clients within your domain space (ITAM, ITSM).
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Participating in estimation with enterprise stakeholders.
  • A Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or training.
  • ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified or training.
  • ServiceNow Scripting certification or training a plus.
  • 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience within modules/applications (and ServiceNow in general), such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, etc.
  • 3-5 years' experience and hands-on development in general module configuration on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • 1-3 years' experience as a Tech Lead working on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with the Service Graph Connector in ServiceNow a plus.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of integrations on the ServiceNow Platform, consisting of REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, workflows, etc.
  • Experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
  • The ability to conduct research and development of new ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform.
