About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at XPert-Tech Roofing Systems Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on various types of buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
  • Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects.
  • Work at heights, in noisy, dusty, and dangerous environments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete roofing projects efficiently.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Reliability, dependability, and strong team player skills.
  • Fluency in English language.
Work Environment

As a Roofing Specialist with XPert-Tech Roofing Systems Inc., you will work on various locations, including residential areas. You will be required to wear safety equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles.
