Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Specialist to install, repair, and maintain roofs on various types of buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing, excellent physical abilities, and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
  • Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in roofing.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Roofing Specialist will work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial settings. The work environment will be outdoors, with exposure to dust, noise, and heights.
