About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Vice President to drive the growth of the belairdirect brand and market shares across Canada. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for guiding the strategic development and execution of all marketing and digital initiatives, driving revenue growth through enhanced brand awareness, improved marketing efforts, and increased sales through digital and traditional marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the belairdirect brand vision, collaborating with team members, peers, and partners to set and execute the long-term strategy for brand growth and customer acquisition.
  • Drive revenue marketing strategy in Canada, aligning cross-functional activities to overarching marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, combining strategy, technology, and high-impact creativity to deliver scalable growth.
  • Provide oversight across all customer acquisition channels, working effectively with the extended marketing team and cross-functional partners in Sales, Relationship Management, and COE teams to develop and execute revenue growth strategy.
  • Ensure strong understanding of the Canadian marketing landscape, defining marketing strategy, and overseeing execution of campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Create world-class marketing programs that scale lead generation and brand awareness, owning systems and reporting to scale and correctly attribute partners' contributions and program ROI.
  • Lead internally, collaborating and influencing cross-functionally across the company, ensuring a global, coherent, and impactful brand approach across the company, where each brand in the brand portfolio of Intact Financial Corporation speaks with a strong and differentiated voice.
  • Communicate to stakeholders across the organization, building authentic and enduring relationships with peers, internal partners, and executives, communicating the roadmap, potential impacts from brand decisions or initiatives on other teams, and working collaboratively to improve cross-funnel performance.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles leading marketing & digital strategies while overseeing large teams.
  • Proven success in driving growth through marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a teamwork and collaboration style that allows for rallying people around common goals.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing data-driven approaches to develop strategy from the ground up for customer acquisition and engagement via partner channels.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing a variety of viewpoints and mobilizing multiple actors, from all levels.
  • Open-minded and positive leader, taking responsibility for both successes and mistakes, and energized by challenges and transformation.
  • Intrapreneurial spirit, solving problems using innovative ways to improve and take risks, and challenging the status quo.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, engage, and develop world-class marketing teams.
  • Experience managing large budgets.
