Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions using data analysis software and project management tools.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to clients.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis software, project management tools, and information systems business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
