Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed
  • Establish and maintain work priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
