About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Blue Pearl Inc. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate
  • Enter data according to specified format, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring all information is accurately recorded
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • 30 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
