About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Weather On Demand. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Registration: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Database Management: Transfer data between software systems, store, update, and maintain databases to support business operations.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Handwritten Data Transfer: Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Work Environment

As a Data Entry Specialist at Weather On Demand, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. You will be expected to maintain high levels of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
