About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Golden Furniture Limited. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data, while also providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and Register Documents: You will be responsible for receiving and registering documents for data entry, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately captured.
  • Enter Data with Precision: You will enter data according to specified formats, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Transfer Data with Ease: You will transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Verify Data with Care: You will verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Manage Databases with Confidence: You will store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Perform Backup Procedures: You will perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and minimize the risk of data loss.
  • Support General Office Duties: You will perform general office duties, including tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones.
  • Classify and Store Data: You will classify, label, and store diskettes, disks, and tapes of data, ensuring that all data is properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Create Digital Records: You will create digital records using a scanner, ensuring that all data is accurately captured and easily accessible.
  • Transfer Handwritten Data: You will transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring that all data is accurately captured and easily accessible.
