Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Van Cheong Tea. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet and Payroll Management: Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets and payroll summaries, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate activities with our warehouse and production units, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures, planning and overseeing the operational logistics of the organization to ensure maximum efficiency.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
