Job Title: Manager on Duty

We are seeking an experienced Manager on Duty to join our team at The Italian Osteria & Cheesebar in Langley. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the service teams by example and in a supervisory and supportive capacity
  • Make guests feel welcome and create memorable experiences
  • Provide exceptional, friendly customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and environment standards of the Brewpub
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure organizational goals are met
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise across the Brewpub effectively
  • Coach and report on team performance
  • Resolve customer complaints, requests, and queries
  • Monitor, contribute to, and act on key performance indicators and other targets
Working Conditions:
  • Hours and shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Typical schedule will be 4-5 shifts per week, working 5-8 hours per shift
