Forklift Driver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team at Inspiretci in Vaughan, ON.

Location: Vaughan, ON

Shifts Available:

  • 8 Hour shift (Morning, Afternoon and Night)

Pay Rate: $19-20 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Operate an Order Picker with license, Dockstocker and Raymond Reach forklift as per the order(s) assigned.
  • Pick different skids and wrap them before finalizing the order.
  • Perform a quick quality check before packing, and if anything damaged found, inform the floor supervisor or quality department about it.
  • Follow the company's safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Use an RF scanner to locate the product(s) and pack them accordingly.
  • Work with a team to meet daily targets on busy days.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all orders.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Forklift operator.
  • Experience operating Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklifts is a must.
  • Valid forklift license from a designated forklift training school.
  • Good communication skills.
  • CSA-approved Safety shoes are a must.
  • Must be able to work all shifts according to the schedule.
