Forklift Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move materials and products within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
  • Stack and organize materials in a safe and efficient manner
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate counts
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet production and shipping deadlines
Requirements:
  • Valid external forklift operator's license
  • At least 1 year's experience driving a forklift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
