About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Jabene E&T Commerce (BC) Co., Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with company vision and mission.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Event Management: Manage events that support business objectives, ensuring successful execution and positive outcomes.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive individual and team performance improvement.
