Executive Director of Operations

About Us: Dynamix Agitators Inc. is a leading manufacturer and engineering company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director of Operations to lead our manufacturing and Solution Sales process to new heights.

Position Overview: The Executive Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing and Solution Sales process. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven management skills, a strong background in reporting, and the ability to effectively communicate within project management and business case scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage daily operations of the manufacturing and engineering departments.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  3. Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Prepare, analyze, and present detailed reports on operational performance, financials, and project progress.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases for new projects and initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
  8. Play a key role in long-term strategic planning and company growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a management role within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
  2. Strong reporting skills, with the ability to create and interpret detailed reports.
  3. Demonstrated experience in project management, including the development and presentation of business cases.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  6. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
