We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at RK Sweets & Restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our restaurant and attract new customers
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
