At Canadian Tire Hillside (Store 365), we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Service Centre, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring ongoing commitment to the needs of our customers and their vehicles.
- Communication: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person, and ensure a smooth flow of communication during repairs or maintenance work.
- Operations: Complete and review repair orders with customers, estimate costs and times for service and repairs, and manage the status of work orders.
- Teamwork: Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, and work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of market trends in the automotive service industry, mechanical components of automobiles, and computerized work order systems.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre.
- Personal Qualities: Strong orientation towards customer service excellence, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and adaptability to changing situations.
- Competitive Compensation: Starting salary of $21-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
