Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Hillside (Store 365). As a key member of our Service Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring ongoing commitment to customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Communication: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person, and ensure seamless communication with customers during repairs or maintenance work.
  • Operations: Complete and review repair orders with customers, estimate costs and times for service and repairs, and manage work orders effectively.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient service delivery and achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of market trends in the automotive service industry, mechanical components of automobiles, and computerized work order systems.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen carefully and provide precise instructions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
