Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Routes Car & Truck Rental Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental staff, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in our rental operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of rental staff, including assigning duties and tasks.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Prepare and review reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of rental vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Client-focused and team-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
