  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on nutrition and wellness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Develop and implement appropriate nutritional care plans tailored to various age groups and medical conditions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized university with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or equivalent and successful completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship Program.
  • Registered as a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) Certificate and asset.
