We are seeking a highly skilled Press Supervisor to join our team at Easyimprint Incorporated. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our press department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Press Operations
- Oversee the setup and operation of our presses to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Quality Assurance and Control
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Training and Development
- Provide training and guidance to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills.
- Materials and Supplies Management
- Requisition and manage materials and supplies to ensure that production needs are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste.
- Problem-Solving and Communication
- Identify and resolve production problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that production goals are met.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to train and develop production staff
Our production team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. We require our Press Supervisor to be able to work effectively in this environment and to prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
Language and Work TermThe language of work is English and the work term is permanent.
