We are seeking a highly skilled Press Supervisor to join our team at Easyimprint Incorporated. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our press department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Press Operations
    • Oversee the setup and operation of our presses to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
    • Coordinate with our production team to meet tight deadlines and deliver products on time.
  • Train and Develop Team Members
    • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our press operators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve the overall performance and productivity of our team.
  • Review and Approve Job Proofs and Samples
    • Review and approve all job proofs and samples to ensure they meet our quality standards.
    • Work with our design team to resolve any issues or concerns with job proofs and samples.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities
    • Coordinate with our production team to schedule press runs and ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are available.
    • Develop and implement schedules to meet production deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules
    • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure that all production deadlines are met.
    • Work with our production team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality
    • Conduct regular reviews of our production processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Requisition Materials and Supplies
    • Requisition and order all necessary materials and supplies to ensure that our presses are properly maintained and equipped.

    • Provide technical advice and guidance to our production team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during production.
    • Work with our quality control team to identify and resolve any quality issues that may affect our products.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a press supervisory role
